Dr. Matthew Provencher is an orthopedic surgeon at the Steadman Clinic in Vail, CO. prior to this position, he served as Chief of Sports Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital and Visiting Professor of Harvard Medical School. Prior to that, CAPT Provencher served as an orthopedic surgeon at the Naval Medical Center San Diego, where he was Head Orthopedic Team Physician.
At both Harvard and the Steadman clinic, Matt has advised many of his fellows on what to look for as the take their first job and colleagues changing jobs as well. From these conversations and consults, he was convinced there was a "better way" for fellow physicians to diagnose their job options and make better decisions.

Dr. Sanjeev Bhatia, MD
Dr. Sanjeev Bhatia is an orthopedic sports medicine surgeon at Northwestern Medical and is on faculty of the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He remembers well the stress of evaluating jobs as he came out of training from Northwestern, Rush University and the Steadman-Philippon Research Institute. Even at that stage, Sanjeev was helping his colleagues analyze the financial implications of different jobs, sharing a financial model he had developed.
His interest in helping fellow physicians only increased when he changed jobs a few years into his career. Sanjeev writes often on financial and career topics in his monthly column for Orthopedics Today.
